International break.

Absolutely awful. It's not just because of no Boro but football in general.

I have no interest in England other than in major tournaments. Its almost 'a giver' that we qualify and the majority of games are so one sided (I imagine Boro would beat San Marino).

It just makes me realise how much football I watch. If its not on then I'm scrolling through my sky planner finding nothing. I really would be screwed without sport (although line of duty is back👍)

I didn't even know who England played or when until yesterday morning.

I guess Boro are lucky as in only 2 internationals. I bet Warnock is praying Paddy doesn't get crocked or play 3 games (why the f*ck do they have a friendly on sat🙄)

I imagine every prem manager is just hoping players don't get injured or tired. Also not overly sure of the logic of traveling to other countries during a pandemic (I include champions league in that).

Not sure how anyone can’t look forward to watching an England team full of exciting young players. I’ll enjoy England v Sam Marino with a couple of Lost Lagers.

I will say that I do miss the neutral football in the international break.

I love the England matches but I don't have any interest in watching Slovenia v Croatia, whilst I would happily watch Chelsea v West Brom.

I guess. I'm not having a pop at anyone who does love watching England. I know many who travel abroad and are die hard.

I'm more a bustout a 20 year shirt during a major competition and go down the pub guy. The shirt is usually a bit snug😂

It’s good. We are guaranteed not to be p1ssedmoff at 5pm on Saturday.
seriously though I agree it is usually a nuisance to disrupt the season but especially when you have momentum. Fortunately we don’t have any.

We've also got the first part of the EURO U21 tournament starting this week. All games streamed (free I think) on Sky Sports Youtube with England's games on sky sports.

Group stage this break, QF through to finals in May.

I needed a rest from Boro matches to be honest, feel like they've been non-stop since November. Looking forward to watching the U21 games, although I don't know how many I'll recognise. Remember when Boro used to regularly have 2/3 players in the squad?

Youssoufa Moukoko in the German u21 squad, looking forward to seeing how he does. Portugal, Spain and France also have some top players. Tonali and Kluivert (Italy and Holland) look good players too.

Didn't we sign Maccarone from an U21s Euros? I imagine clubs would normally have scouts watching for cheap young talent (not that he was cheap).

I'm sure our recruitment team are scouting for the latest none scoring forward 😉

Love the international break.
Not even joking when I say I'm excited to watch England v San Marino tomorrow.

Thanks for the heads up I had no idea England played tomorrow or who they played. Won't be watching it though but at least I'll know where to avoid it. (y) Unless Boris comes on at tea time and says the Pubs will be open tomorrow. Would watch it then:)

Might have a look at the U21s though.
