It reads as if it's not a credit agreement so no finance company involved. Just an agreement between the club and the individual
I think that goes to the finance company to cover their cut instead of an interest charge being applied. This offer doesn’t seem to involve finance so the £5 admin fee is to cover the club cost of taking monthly payments.Sunderland did/do this via direct debit
