Absolutely that was my joke, he's posting durge like this on a football message board a couple of hours before the biggest England game for years.
Him and his uncool mates take a swipe at me saying I have a carer....maybe I do ? It's joke at the expense of the disabled, physical or mental. It's either ingnorance discrimination or both !!!!!!!

Getting back on topic. Social media has so much to do with this. Those with an agenda post repeatedly only what they want to say. Take all the credit for positive news (even though they may have only played a small part) , and blame anyone else for negative news. No one reads past the headlines. It's all 'spin (see also propaganda) .

This is true, Ian Hislop did a documentary about it that should still be on iPlayer if anyone's interested, it's very interesting.

Spin, or 'fake news' as someone once labelled it, isn't new, but it's increasingly sophisticated and more dangerous than ever. Modern politics is regressing at an alarming rate and the average citizen is actually letting that happen.

Another great watch is "I Can't get You Out of My Head", someone on here recommended it, a very revealing series of modern ideologies and political beliefs. Sounds dull by my description, but don't let me put you off.

Is he still bashing away? I’ve had to ignore him. Hopefully he returns to sanity soon. Though hopefully he doesn’t think that is discriminatory against those with mental illness……
