A tv production company approached Boro about making a fly on the wall series in the late 90s. I did speak to someone. Even as a fan I smelled a real rat. Stitch up.
There were a lot of dodgy people sneaking around in those days.
like Footballers Wives - I remember them getting in touch, they weren't on the ball with their geography. A bit like one of Boro's season sponsors that actually flew from London to Manchester as they thought Middlesbrough was just outside Manchester.
