I think some people need to accept one thing - Boris is popular

At least some are trying but as long as MSM let him get away with it its falling in deaf ears

Load of Rubbish - Boris outplayed the EU, if it was all thanks to Europe then why did they throw their toys out of the pram over AZ contracts? ..... yeah exactly, the EU were slow and Britain thanks to BREXIT ordered its own vaccines earlier and with better contracts

BloJo is utter scum. When he's not spreading his filthy seed, then he's spreading disease.
UK PLC is an absolute freakshow, as astutely highlighted by the images of Cold War Steve and, prior to this, the characters of Royston Vasey.
The English Nationalists are the people in power right now but remember that nothing ever lasts forever. Not sure? United Ireland and Independent Scotland definitely happening - only a matter of time.

As for Labour, the leftists just need to up sticks and form a new party. Just needs a few of the influential unions to agree and that would be it. The key unions could decapitate the likes of Mandelson ,et al, quite swiftly and chop their legs off at the same time. Would be a beautiful sight to see tbh. Oh, Mandy...

Time will tell, but for a number of years the best advice I can give anyone would be:
1. Join a union
2. Don't get ill
3. Don't get old

But left wing socialist parties don’t win uk elections that is just a fact as the only time labour became electable is when Blair made them a Tory light clone.

this should tell you all you need to know.

Unfortunately it has become apparent that many, possibly most, people either don't care about or don't understand the appalling corruption.
At least some are trying but as long as MSM let him get away with it its falling in deaf ears

I disagree. Labour haven't been willing to get their hands dirty. Starmer's said multiple times he doesn't want to politicise the pandemic and that's what's falling on deaf ears. To borrow a phrase the right love so much - it's virtue signalling! I'm saying if he wants to win he has to get stuck in and start being outright rude about it. 150,000 dead and somehow the tories are able to promote themselves as having had a good pandemic.

That makes an assumption that the narrative can't be changed?

Labour have gained seats at one general election in the last 24 years - 2017 with Corbyn as leader.

When Blair won 1997 the manifesto included rail nationalisation, devolution, house of lords reform, voting reform, and no tuition fees. We can look back and think what a rotten tory snake he turned out to be when half of those policies were dumped or reversed but those are the policies that actually got the votes.

The actual fact is that Labour gains support and seats when it offers radical change to tory Britain and loses support and seats when it swings behind the tory status quo. That's the story of our last 7 general elections.

Starmed messed up he Waited too long to criticise and when he did it was too late because the vaccine in this country had been a success no one can argue with this, in fact it’s been one of the best in the world it’s been incredible.

so sadly starmer can only laud what has been a success.

I agree he’s been too placid too nice and now it’s too late.

It does but it doesn’t make it less true though.

as historically Britain is a right wing nation sadly.

But does it gain enough support to win though that’s the issue.

Exactly.

If Labour had stuck the boot in when they had the chance in the second half of last year, even with a vaccine bounce in the polls the tories would be doing much, much worse.

Oh I agree he needs to start playing as dirty as they do call him a lair to his face in the chamber kick up a massive stink when he gets removed shout the lies from tje rooftops afterwards for a few days then retract & apologise before next PMQ's go back into chamber & do it again. Call him out on it force the MSM to report the lies. At the moment this wishy washy crap we have now is about as much use as a bike to a fish

1997 shows yes.

In 2017 Labour had what would usually be enough votes to win but the tory vote surged as well. Perhaps it would have been an idea for the right of the party to back the leader at the time. Remember we had clowns like Kezia Dugdale actually going out telling people to vote tory.
