I need a little help seeing the positive.

We've just had one of the worst seasons for injuries to key players in living memory, I'd say that we would have made the playoffs if we hadn't lost ELL, Hackney, Forss, Jones, Bangura, Dieng, Lenihan, Smith, Coburn and everyone else who went down to injury this season. We also had to deal with losing Morgan Rogers just as he was really starting to hit his stride!

Next season is a fresh start for everyone, we will head into preseason with a hopefully fully fit squad. I don't think that there will be this huge fire sale of every saleable asset we have because I have a feeling that we are sat with a bit of a warchest, I doubt we are under pressure to sell anyone that we can't get a ridiculous fee for. That warchest will allow us to finally put the missing pieces of the jigsaw in and I think we will have a real go at getting promoted next season. I'm very positive, as long as Carrick is still the manager I have faith that the pieces will fall into place for us.

We have been to long in this league how many years is it now watching teams like newcastle come down & go straight back without the mega money they have now we are all tired of this league now i want us to go up & do the damage we used to do to teams like 8-1 against city will those days ever come back.
