I’ve decided to support Man City instead of Boro

I’ll always look for Boro results now and but I’ve always had a soft spot for Man City and these days they’re the only team I get excited about watching.

I don’t consider it glory supporting. At the end of the day, football is an entertainment business and I’m going to support the team that gives me the most satisfaction and entertainment.

I’ll still hope boro do well as it’s good for the area but I’ve been caught in two minds for a while now and my heart is with City.
Hope you stick with em if the arab gets bored and pulls the plug. Mind you, there’s always liverpoo

After my initial truculence, I’ve considered your post and I wonder if it’s glory you seek, then why not Benfica, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Al-Fasaily?
Why Citeh? Why not a real colossus? Then you could revel in all the intangible almost abstract triumph you could desire all from the comfort of your armchair.

Jack Grealish plays for city and he’s my favourite player

I have also decided to support Sunderland. As I was born in Stockton they are the obvious choice. I will get free tickets and avoid large traffic jams getting in to the stadium.
After more than 50 years supporting Boro I have finally seen the error of my ways. They have always had more stripes on their shirts and no one at Boro has ever beaten Bobby Kerrs perm and tash.
Plus you can leave at half time with all your mates and enjoy a pint.
