How old before you can take kids to a game?

I think I was 6 when I went to my first game, I was was amazed by the whole experience, the smell of the north stand at Ayresome Park.

My young pup is that age now I don’t know if it is too young.

5 for my daughter as occasional one offs, probably say 7 or 8 would be better for regular games or a season ticket .

As soon as I can with my grandaughter, she'll be going to visit the Roary club, hopefully

My son in laws parents said, will she become a Boro fan then, I replied, 'she'll have no choice' :) (y)

I would say 7 to fully know what was going on - depends on the child.

5 they know they are at game - but other things tend to interest them more unless a gaol is scored.

Ming you a few adults are like that

I took my daughter at 5 and she loved it (tip...get a little car booster seat and take it in with you for them to sit on). Got to be prepared for their vocabulary to expand though!

I’d really consider carefully introducing the Boro to them . Remember they’ll have to live with the burden for the rest of their lives 😪
