How many Swansea fans made the journey ?

Looked to only be a few hundred.

Hard trek for them though.

Our journeys are just as bad as theirs though. A few hundred for a club that used to be an established premier league team like ourselves at one time on a Saturday is poor in my opinion

I did start to count at one point in the second half .. got to 65 and then something happened in the match, I got distracted and when I went back I think a couple had moved so I gave up as I got confused .. wouldn't have been too many more though ..

You have to consider the cost of living crisis. It will have a huge impact on football attendances in the upcoming months.

Hard to be critical.

Swansea have always had **** away support from what I remember

Given how people want to make the cost of living crisis political , wales is governed by Labour . Surely the cost of living crisis is not going to hit the welsh as much if Labour offers superior government to the tories ?

I think a factor is wales is predominantly a rugby nation. I know it’s more balanced on South Wales due to Cardiff city and Swansea , but wales seems to favour rugby to football

The journey from South Wales to Teesside is a nightmare (and vice versa). Although Boro get a large travelling support, I notice at Cardiff or Swansea it is significantly lower than other games. Sure, more than either club would bring to Teesside but I suspect fans based in southern England add a few extra for Boro at those games.

This

I live in Boro, just moved in to my new house and couldn`t go today or in fact this season as other things need to take priority......guess I come under awful support and an embarrassment

Words fail me sometime the way people treat others, without knowing the reason why

Of course the cost of living crisis is going to hit the Welsh people just as hard, what kind of mental comment is that? They are actually a part of the UK you know.

No offence, but this ranks as one of the silliest comments ever posted on this messageboard. I doubt a regional assembly with fewer powers than the Scottish Parliament can affect a cost of living crisis when the Treasury control many of the purse strings which could make a difference.

As will the Scottish be hit just as hard . The point I’m making is the cost of living is going to go up , regardless of our government .

I blame all of it on Putin, no one else
