How do you like your eggs?

I LOVE eggs, my favourite food by far, first point of call when we buy our house is some hens.

Scrambled - sometimes use butter, plenty of times not, low heat and constantly stir until creamy, serve on sourdough with diced, crispy bacon.

I don’t mind a fried egg and bacon sandwich but I can guarantee it will squirt and hit me in face/shirt/trousers everytime.

Dice some bacon and fry off, throw in some broad beans from the garden, serve on top of sourdough with a couple of poached eggs on top.

When I’m eating low carb, I tend to make a plain omelette and top with tuna mayo, cucumber and grated nature cheddar, eat like it’s wrap

Scroll it in a lettuce or (better) a cooked cabbage leaf. That's a wrap (to keep your album in).

That’s not a bad idea, would give a bit more structure too. Slightly off topic, but if LC is your thing, Cook off some turkey mince in curry spices and serve in Romaine Lettuce boats with grated cheese, some Tabasco and some soured cream. Ooo lala

Back on the Egg front and low carb, make a plain omelette cut in half and fold the halves over, serve either side of a pork mince patty, some bacon and cheese with some low carb ketchup. I had it yesterday and it made a good McMuffin alternative.

Sounds top. I'll maybe try a bit of that at the weekend.

I've recommended it on here before but my go to replacement for (generally potato) carbs has been celeriac. It goes phenomenally with cheese (of many varieties) and black pepper.
