Oh absolutely, the nice little three word soundbite - straight from the Tory playbook.

He's in the sh*t, too many big hitters have got hold of this and are not dropping it, or can't be "warned off".

Did he honestly think no one - especially post PPE Fastlane scandals - would have a look at these huge figures and go "...hang on" or did he think he'd be home free if he delivered the scheme and the dosh could be moved offshore PDQ.
