Horrific performance

Ive never believed in sorcery or hocus pocus but im now convinced there is a real and present curse been put on Assombalonga and Saville...that or they are just fkn sh ite

I forgot. Poor defending and poor midfield too. Come to think of it. I'm not sure which bit of it was good. Aw well, there's always next time. (I've spent over 50 years saying that)
 
Not a chance we were ever looking at top 2 but today was hardly a disaster. Game plan was working fine and we should have been 3-1 up before they scored. Like the look of these new players plus tav and Fry coming back. Minus Swansea I don’t really see us loosing that many games until the end of the season. Certainly going to be tough but we’re certainly not out of it just yet.
Those previous three home games really have been a killer for us though. If only we could have got some of these players in a bit earlier we would have likely been in a great position.
even if we don’t finish top six I think we have a brilliant platform for next season, which I would have certainly taken after last season

Then do us all a favour and stop saying it. I wouldn't mind if it was a balanced view.

I think it's just that we were being rushed because we play generally play at a slower tempo.

Without Fry and Dijksteel I didn’t have high hopes. Tbf I have thought all season that we might be close to a run like that through our lack of depth, I really think that has changed now though and those signings do give us a chance, instead of just sticking Spence and Johnson on when we were chasing the game

Fry played in 2 of them and Dijksteel played in one.

If we are that weak that 1 or 2 players missing causes that much of a problem how can you state can't see anyone but Swansea causing us a problem?

Plenty of teams will cause us problems.
 
Bettinelli is *****, yet another straightforward save today which he palmed into the middle of the goal, he makes straightforward saves look incredibly difficult too, how often has he been beaten outside of the box this season too
