I think we’ll do well to finish in 6th place. We are currently 5 points adrift at the moment. On a positive note,Brentford are a good team but I felt we matched them in most areas except the final third where our attacking threat again proved to be about as effective as a wet box of matches. Hopefully the new signings will add a bit more of a threat, maybe they should have a shot themselves rather than look to cross all the time, couldn’t do much worse .....or could they ??

Team who are unbeaten on 20 and have the best Forward and keeper in the league.

Best forward maybe, but best goalie? The guy who punched a harmless cross into his own net? He's conceded about the same as Bettinelli in a far better team.

It's a real worry that we are still spending silly amounts on bad players.
£2.8m for Akpom.....sheesh.
Doesn't feel like we are improving on the recruitment side of things.
Fair enough, can't expect every signing to be a hit but our recent history is particularly poor.
