High Blood Pressure

I didn't realise that 140/90 was considered normal for a middle aged adult.
My 7 day average was 137/91 so pretty similar to that - its definitely moving in the right direction.
i have in the last 12 months cut out caffeine altogether.

That has seen a remarkable decrease in my BP readings. My average at 50 year old and not fit is down to 120/69 so compared to last years average on caffeine at 130/73 it might be something to consider if you have not already.
 
BP varies quite a bit, dependent on age, weight, genetics, blood sugar levels, diet, effects of medication, amount of regular exercise, etc.
After exercise, [HIT] my BP can be as low as 115 / 60, but usually 130 / 71.
