Help on " watch live" pass

I was sent a pass before the season started to watch live home games and midweek games due to paying for my season card up front ...it worked fine till the International break but now if i want to watch any games I have to pay...I log into the streaming service but only a buy a pass option appears.
I wrote to the guys at the sreaming service twice and they just wrote back saying I cant watch the games as I dont have the correct pass.....This is all since the International break, have I missed something or are they correct.?

Do you still have the original email with your code to activate the live games??? Send a Tweet to Middlesbrough FC, they should sort it out.
 
You're not trying to watch it on a different machine are you? My understanding is that once a voucher is redeemed it is 'tied' to that but if hardware, so for example I cant watch games on my new laptop, I have to use the old one I redeemed the code on

I think this is the case, which worries me a bit as my old laptop is barely functioning

I’ve honestly watched games this season on 4 different devices.

I can use any device to watch it. Just log in and it recognises the activated pass.
 
ah right, in which case i am completely wrong!! every day's a school day as they say. I think this may have changed since we first start streaming though as when i had issues, the guys from MFC's 3rd partty supplier for the tech told me i could only watch it on the device on which i registered/redeemed my voucher code

might have a try tonight to watch it on another device just to see what happens

that might be where i'm goinf wrong, i just myself logged in all the time so tonight i'll log out of the old laptop and try it on the new (y) obvious really when you think about it properly, just sometimes i dont!
 
I never stay logged on. If l log in when l first open the MFC website l have to log in again when l try to watch the match. Thats probably because the stream is through the app?
