Possibly more money, but at least it offers him paid work until 2025. Not all released players pick up decent contracts.
Carrick will have taken a look as will have Danksy..Got to be woodys influence. The lad has skill and good technique but injury record was shocking. We must think hes over them now
I think this level of detail belongs on @borolad259 's toilet habits thread. Not so much white lightning these days.. more like a brown whisper
well, good going forward and not great at defending, pretty much what we already knewHayden Coulson signs

Aberdeen think he’s poor
...and BarnesyCarrick will have taken a look as will have Danksy..
I still can't see how that makes sense.I haven't paid any attention to him since went to the SPL, but if he's doing well a contract will increase his value in the event that Celtic or Rangers start sniffing around him maybe![]()
This sounds right to me. If we do get promoted, odds are he goes out on loan. If we don't, he becomes a back-up option for the squad. This summer he was the only exile that Wilder let train with the team so there's still a chance he might make it.I suppose there's probably an element of not letting academy talent fully leave the club without us getting something for them, which would have happened with Wilder and was happening with previous managers, such as Connor Malley and Nathan Wood.
Also might be smart planning should we remain in the championship next season with a number of loanees in the first team squad likely to return to their clubs. If we remain in the championship, it's a potentially huge season for Coburn, Coulson and others out on loan next year.
Yeah. They must see potential which hasn't been fully realised. He'll probably go out on loan and we'll hope a mini Djed Spence situation develops. Maybe not £12m but a couple of £m.I suppose there's probably an element of not letting academy talent fully leave the club without us getting something for them, which would have happened with Wilder and was happening with previous managers, such as Connor Malley and Nathan Wood.

Er, a new contract until 2025?what's in it for Coulson though, doesn't that potentially limit his options?
yeah I meant if we have no intention of playing him. if it's just to get more £ for us I don't see an incentive for him.Er, a new contract until 2025?![]()
