Have we had any information on the number of cases of COVID from matches restarting?

For the first home game I took the Darlington to Middlesbrough train and it was only two coaches and pretty scary. Rammed, people shouting and very few people wearing masks. It was like they thought it's all over. Stupid really for a short journey like that not to be considerate enough to wear a mask. So I'm not going that way for the time being. And I found Fulham away pretty scary until I moved so I'm giving away matches a swerve for the time being. Home matches have felt OK though.

I travel a couple of hours on the Tube every day. It still amazes me that it took until mid-June last year for mask wearing to become compulsory.

I think for a large proportion of the population, it is 'over'.

I have a feeling that the authorities are hoping it is, rather than actually believing that.
