I had an issue with fraud where I had a notification that £350 had left my account with starling, I immediately sent a secure message and had a response in 2 minutes with the issue fixed not long afterwards.like you, I'm solely with monzo & starling now, but it does bother me that if there was a major issue, there is no-one you can phone if all else fails. the jury is out on monzo's customer service, it could be improved. that said.... I love monzo, best bank I've ever had!
The notification system is what drew me to starling and I have had no regrets.
