As above. Really disappointing for them what has happened this season. Hope they get bought out and bounce back better.

I’ve seen that but I don’t believe it as the us owners have said it was the story of the Wrexham fans and their plea on social media and the press for someone to save their club that inspired them to step in.

So why Hartlepool???

I’ve heard mackems say Abramovic flew over the sol as he was looking at sunlun before he bought Chelsea - I don’t believe that either

Looks like it’s true

McElhenney had made some money with his hit TV show It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, but he certainly didn’t have the billions needed to purchase a Premier League giant, so Ker identified half a dozen clubs in need of new life. Hartlepool and Macclesfield were among them, but Wrexham stood out for two reasons: they retained a loyal and passionate fanbase still turning out for National League games in their thousands; and they served a giant catchment area without a major club for miles in any direction.

He saved the club from going under but I have heard from a few different sources that he has been a right twa t since taking over. One thing I have noticed personally that backs this is is the clubs inability to retain and then recruit a CEO and other top positions.

The fans have had a very sour relationship with him since the Graeme Lee sacking

I sincerely hope they don’t go under… but they can do much better than him.

In that club interview at the 19min mark he is calling fans idiots ... he has to ride above that and not let idiots force him out, Seems to me he wants out as he is not got respect he believes he deserves .. the club is in debt so really cant see sale unless he gets his cash injection back .. Tricky times , need another hollywood star to come in?

How much is he selling it for? Less than Deadpool I bet

My guess is:

Deadpool offer £2m
Raj Singh asking price £3.2m
Now selling for £1.8m

Regarding Reynolds and McElhenney, Raj did not want to sell the club when they offered an initial fee, so I am told.

I am friends with three ex-members of staff who all have nothing positive to say about Raj Singh. Allegedly, he has a distinct lack of trust in the people he puts in charge of specific areas which inevitably ends in the person leaving the club under a grey cloud.

Gutted to see what is happening at Pools (again) as I have family members who have followed the club through the thick and thin.
