Been binging the old Living Dead movies recently, they don’t make them like they used to.

The new Evil Dead didn’t do anything for me and I loved the originals.

Perfect weather for a scary movie this weekend!

We always watch 1 comedy horror and then end with a real horror. Always scared to go to bed afterwards

For comedy horror I can recommend Dog Soldiers which features Eston's own Leslie Simpson.
For a proper unnerving movie, The Blair Witch Project is still one of my favourites, it's just so atmospheric.

I’ve heard only good things about this, it’s on my list.

I really liked Barbarian and Fresh, both on Disney+ and released in the last couple years.

My wife knows Les and we went to the Boro "premiere". Agree I fully recommend it. I love that film

Session 9 is an excellent atmospheric, psychological horror, if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it.

I loved the original Halloween, A Nightmare on Elm St.

A quiet place is decent for a modern horror and it comes with the added attraction of the lovely Emily Blunt

I have always loved quatermass and the pit since I saw it as a kid. The devil rides out was on the other night. Christopher Lee as a goodie and Paul Eddington from the good life. Kept expecting Margo to turn up.

Are you talking about the George Romero films? The film I menioned has nothing to do with those. It just has a similar title.

I love the old Hammer and Amicus filns and I love my Argento films too. Most of the recent horror films that I've seen have been a bit crap to be honest. I thought Barbarian was dreadful and not in a good way.
