Greenwood's teeth are fine...

Firstly, this is a broader point as I’ve read similar things elsewhere on the forum this week, and this is not aimed specifically at you mate, so please don’t take it that way..
But…..
Do we really need to comment on or criticise players about physical appearance? Performances on the pitch - fair game (within reason). Anything about physical appearance is just wrong and I’d even go so far as to say it’s on the verge of bullying. What are we like, a load of F***ing models? 1000s of 32 inch waist, 6 ft bronzed gods and super models singing something derogatory about someone’s appearance? I think not…
No thanks.
Have people got no empathy for the self consciousness, or the bullying or mickey taking that people who have accentuated features have to endure? Things people are born with, like teeth, hair colour, nose size etc. I know it’s seen as gentle ribbing but that’s not always how the person who is the butt of the joke will see it. It’s cruel, unnecessary and lacks class. It’s never really ok in my opinion, but even less so when it’s aimed at one of our own players.

Sorry, rant over.

He's in Turkey all the time, that's why we sing this song...

Should these be the new words now Crooksy's leaving?

The only positive I can take from Crooks leaving is that hopefully this song will never be sung again. It's dreadful.
I heard that people in the West Stand have chipped in to send Crooksy to Real Salt Lake just to stop RF from singing this song. Not sure how much truth there is in this but I've sent them a fiver. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Oh Carrick said,
He F***ing loves Rav Van Den Berg,
Oh words can’t describe,
Isaiah running down the right hand side,
Hackney’s hair is fine,
He scores belters all the time,
That’s why we sing this song,
For the Boro all night long,

Bumface?

The chant/song just needs to be allowed to go ... 2 of the three players in the song will probably be no longer at the club in the summer.

The super michael carrick song vanished when we no longer had chuba in attack (and we're not going to the Premier League ... anytime soon)

Fabio, sorry if you've taken it that way mate. It wasn't my intention at all, I've never mocked anyone's appearance in my life. Sam's got better teeth than I'll ever have that's for sure 🤣. It was more just highlighting how daft the song is.

I felt dead smug reading this as I'm 6ft tall with a 32" waist.
I'm an ugly bastad mind.

Three of the three players haven’t been in the team recently. That’s reason enough.
