Couldn't rashford and all his mates come out and say, if we all give a weeks wages, will all you politicians do the same.

I'm not disputing that. But it would add the fuel to show the politicians for what they are
I couldn't see that this had been posted, but just to confirm the voting of Teesside MPs and those slightly further afield
Teesside and surrounding areas
Voted against extending free school meals for children
Simon Clarke Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland - to be fair, has never shown any interest in issues of poverty or deprivation and doesn't mention it as a key concern on his website
Dehenna Davison Bishop Auckland - a prominent member of the 'levelling up task force' apparently. Kind of missed an opportunity here.
Peter Gibson Darlington - anonymous man, who seems to be having a nice time as MP: https://www.petergibson.org/news/making-darlington-great-again
Paul Howell Sedgefield - Currently busy today pleading for more government financial support for coach drivers
Matt Vickers Stockton South - hates being disliked and has posted this defending his position. It's not going well:
Jacob Young Redcar - single issue MP, so this isn't really his strong point. Did what he was told to do.
Voted for the motion
Alex Cunningham Stockton North
Mike Hill Hartlepool
MPs in the poorest and some of the most neglected towns in our region coming out against making sure the very poorest kids have a better chance of not starving.
I remember there was some hope that with the landslide victory and shock results in the north east, there would also be some new young talent coming to Parliament to represent the people of Teesside and our little corner of the country. Little evidence as of yet.
