Golf Hole in ones

The only hole in one i ever had was Peasholm Park pitch and putt. On a regular course I once had a 2 on the 15th at North Cliff, but it was a huge fluke really. Other than that 3 is still lucky.
 
My only one was on hole 17 at Alborán golf. On the outskirts of Almería city. After around 24 years playing golf.

The missus has had 3. At Pinehurst course number 7. Then at La Manga South course. With the most recent one at Almerimar.

Happened to someone local at Brass Castle twice in two rounds a few years back, sure the gazette made a big deal about it at the time. The odds are minute
 
Have had three at Teesside (7th, 13th, 15th). Just need the, so called easiest index 18, third hole for the full set. It’s just luck though!
 
I'm a member of Billingham, and I've never had a hole in one there, or anywhere else, in 25 years.

However, North Korean despot Kim Jong Il, the first time he’d ever played a round of golf, was highlighted by five aces.:cool:

Prissic Pitch and Putt. Was about 13, going round with my mates. Took a chip onto a blind elevated green (I think), walked over couldn’t find the ball. An awld gadge (probs about 40 y/o) said to me, ’Lad, that was best hole in one I’ve ever seen, well done’.

Retired after that, save one failed round over at the muni about 10yrs later (was ill at the time, Sorry, Col, Andy, Craig et al).

Mate of mine got 2 in two rounds, on the same hole at Hunley Hall a few years ago too

That was the last hole at Prissick with the elevated green, got about 2 inches away one time, the closest I had to a hole in one.
 
Frosty Penguins Putting Adventure , FPPA to those in Redcar opens today at Majuba. I will prob adventure out to it at some point before schools close and the thing gets swamped. Totally intend to smash it and open with at least 5 holes in 1 in the first 9. I'll keep you updated Top Golf ⛳

Two guys made a lot of money betting on hole in ones in pro tournaments. They aren't very rare and bookies assumed they were.
 
In 25 years of playing I’ve never done it or even come close. Probably because I am and always will be sh*t at golf. Still love it though.
 
Been playing over 20 years, never had one, not even witnessed one in person 🤣 been a member of somewhere all them years as well!!

Started my golfing education at prissick ❤️

One hole in one in my golfing ‘career’ at brancepeth castle: par 3 10th if anyone knows it. 198yds of toughness (!) off the white tees in the Saturday competition which definitely made it more special (!)
