A legend of a man. Pleasure to watch it, can’t imagine what it’s like to actually be there.

Feels iconic. Expect it to get even better too.
 
It’s a bit emotional watching him. I felt the same watching McCartney last year. Without even thinking about it, you realise you know his entire back catalogue. You realise that this man has been doing this for your whole life. He has been performing and making music since 1969. He is a real, genuine, tangible link to the past in a way that very few people are or ever can be. It is absolutely mad.
1970 with my birthday present a C60 cassette tape recorder and Your Song was the first one I taped from the radio - press play and record simultaneously and get ready to press stop before the DJ talked. 😊
 
I've left the house, the noises coming from the telly were just too hideous. Listening to a scratching hedgehog in the garden now, much more pleasant.
 
It's been an excellent show so far but I've been underwhelmed by the guests.

Brandon Flowers singing Blue Tiny Dancer is doing nothing for me.
