I’m asking the question because I watched it while the littlun has Peppa Pig turned up to 11 and I couldn’t fully make out what was going on.

I can only assume you haven’t watched the full video, the 18 minute long one, where members of the public (presumably) are pleading with the police to get off him and check his pulse?
It is F***ing heartbreaking, a guy pleading, calling for his mam, saying his goodbyes and still they carry on until he passes.

We’ve seen hundreds of videos of cars being pulled over in the States for a speeding ticket and in the blink of an eye there’s a gunfight going on. That’s probably why they have guns ready.

There isn't a discussion to be had, the police murdered the guy, there was no reason behind it he was handcuffed and posing no threat.

Clearly pointing loaded weapons in peoples faces at close quarters hasnt stopped crime or coppers shooting innocent americans?
If they cant kill them , legitimise murder by leaning on their neck and claim he was resisting arrest or threatening them.

Point is why would the guy have a gun in his face for what looks like a routine stop by the police? And would that happen if he wasnt black?
