So on a lads forum let’s be honest we should be checking them, it’s online what to do. We all check out ‘the general’ from time to time if it saves one life on here what a result.

I spotted a couple of lumps about a year ago and got them checked - the GP did an initial exam and then I had an ultrasound (they cover your balls in this cold gel and then scan them with a device). Was just a couple of cysts which apparently is very common, especially if you are 40+. But it was all fine, not even embarrassing tbh so definitely go and get yourself checked if you have any worries.

I check in the shower on the first of every month. It’s important to know what your normal feels like as it’s changes that you are checking for

Yeah I had a lump last year. Turned out to be nowt. Cysts I think. Get them under my armpit sometimes too. Something something glands something.
I'm always checking my balls. Partly being health conscious. Partly because I like the smell.
