Crikey I'm all but diagnosed as type 2 diabetic . Was really ill from covid when caught it from where I work in March 2020 . I think everybody thought it was just to do with lungs and breathing but ill assure everybody not . I know for sure that **** caused inflammation with all my organs. Yeah for about 6 months or more I had a racing heartrate on standing up . 80bpm relaxed which not good but as soon as standing .. no exercise.. shoot up to 140bpm or more. I seriously could do no exercise whatsoever . Tried to go back to work 2 or 3 times bur knew was just kidding myself and my colleagues on the ward . Ended up being off for another 4 months when I owned up to still being ill . In this time I put on easy 2 to 3 clem in weight . Which to this they I still find very difficult to shake off. Been back at work since about Nov 2020 but have never really been back to my old self still . By christ I try . I can literally work my puds off while at work but when days off I'm so knackered . No motivation.whatsoever . Was never like this before covid *****. Hate feeling like this . Makes me so depressed . . Was always a keen walker and mountain biker but now as much as I try .. just no go . I even just bought myself brand new mountain bike 2 weeks ago and still to go out on it . Just keep looking at it and daydreaming . It's like a fear . Yeah im 50 Yr old now and overweight . Why should I be embarrassed and fearful to get back into the type of exercise I used to love 10 Yr ago . Just think massive weight gain cos of bad covid has made me weak and fearful . Please point me in right direction how to get my confidence back... sorry for long rant . Just need some confidence back please 🙏
 
Not cereal, but come had the italia 90 footballs and yo yos you could send ring pulls off for.

Also when Tango had the tango man doll, just phone their number and chant go tan go tan go tan 🤣

Think it was the "you're not allowed to used toys to peer pressure parents into buying sugary cereals" line of reasoning that they stopped (or were banned maybe).
