Fox News settles with Dominion

Reading around this from US commentators. It would appear that the Smartmatic case will cause Fox a lot more problems than Dominion’s. Also their claim is for over $2 Billion.

And surely the fox settlement makes this a slam dunk as well.

Maybe. This is just a couple of observations appearing online.

“Fox has $4 billion cash on hand.

Although the head of Smartmatic claims they won’t settle out of court

Smartmatic is a lot larger than Dominion but still only a turnover of $250M. The money Fox is willing to spend on Dominion makes it economically unusual not to settle for Smartmatic if they are offered maybe $1.5bn”
That would buy a lot of conscience of the shareholders.
