Forss and McGree out for the season

Real opportunity for Gilbert and Silvera to stake a claim for next season. We’ve had to cope most of the season without McGree and Forss it seems!

There's something to be said that he was considered fit to play for his country.
People need to accept that in a physical contact sport, injuries are inevitable.
 
Gutted if Forss goes but we’ve barely seen McGree this season, so when he leaves it won’t be much different.

Interesting one of the “Heads of” in the medical team has gone as to be honest, there needs to be fresh blood brought in as our injury situation this season has been unacceptable for a professional team, and it is absolutely not down to pure “bad luck”.
 
Just been announced on the boro instagram page which I find a bit weird. Would we normally announce that 2 players won’t play again this season? Kind of makes me think that we may not see them both again in a boro shirt?

Maybe I’m reading too much into it.

The tweets are all different to how they normally are as well.

Just the 40 years for me and agree I can’t remember a season this bad
 
Lots of people saying they’ll both be off. Unless there are concrete offers are already in, I’d be very wary, if I was a buying club, of spending good money on two players who’ve barely played across a whole season.

They are good quality but we’ve barely seen either of them since August. If they want to leave then get rid of the pair of them. I wouldn’t normally be so brash about players but sod ‘em. There’s been murmurings all season, if they don’t want to be at the Boro then get rid ASAP.

Were we? I mean Akpom was injured start of the season and playing with injuries at the end of the season Ramsey got nobbled, Clarke joined then got injured for the season, fry missed nearly half a season, jones, McNair and McGree all missed 25% of the season.

We did go a couple of months of barely any injuries, but by the end we’d had our share

Fry misses way too many games and a decision needs to be made on him I reckon.
