Former Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison has passed away

Haven't really given Slipknot much time as a band, but respected Joey for how great a drummer he was, real shame that. Same age as me, awful!
 
A terrible shame. First album was immense, Eyeless, Wait and Bleed and Surfacing all outstanding tracks.

I remember watching this as a 11 year old, blew my mind and still does now. The energy of the performance. I bought a Slipknot Hoody off Stockton Market off the back of it. Music taste has somewhat changed but Slipknot still in a few of my playlists.

 
Had the pleasure of seeing him drumming live a couple of times. Was a Slipknot fan as a kid .. he was an outstanding player.

Huge loss to the musical world .. I wonder what caused his death?? Has any more information been released yet??

I know he had his issues like many others in Slipknot did, and have also passed ... really sad. His other ex-bandmates will be heartbroken. Corey Taylor etc

Had an illness that I can't remember the name of, similar to MS I believe.
