Social media will hang you. I really think people realise that these are monitored by Government departments, not too far away from us.

Probably because for years and years it wasn’t being clamped down on.

Also they’re thick and ignorant, that would be the biggest reason they don’t think about the consequences.

I use to quite like Twitter but seriously thinking of getting rid of it now. Too many use it for extreme views and shocking rasicm.

I use FB for Boro related posts, OneBoro though not too much & occasionally post on here, that's about it on social media

The guy involved has claimed someone else hacked his account and he didn't do it. The police are involved now to investigate. I may be wrong but I am not buying his account was hacked.

I somehow doubt some hacker has targeted an estate agent from Greater Manchester, gone to the trouble of hacking his account just to put out a racist tweet after a footy game. I mean it could happen but it’s a long shot...

More likely he’s had a few too many drinks, emotions are very high and he has posted the stuff he usually mumbles under his breath.
