I thought Alves was good but we didn't utilise him in the right way. He needed supply, but he showed enough early doors to show he was a good player.He was second string and not a permanent fixture for a reason.
Playing for Finland is like playing for Wales - where players from Newport and Wrexham get a game.
Hes not ready for us.
Just accept it and go with it.
Players arent bought off the shop shelf - just add shorts and a shirt and hey-presto.
