Good afternoon , pal . I don’t know you or your circumstances but I wanted to share with you my experience- and hopefully show there is light at the end of any tunnel.
In 2013, my wife was misdiagnosed. By the time we got the correct diagnosis, she was taken into hospital and passed away 22 days later. Lung cancer then going to her brain. Never smoked. It hit me like a sledgehammer. No kids, took it all on. I wondered how I managed to get through - but somehow you find an inner- strength that helps you get through.
Was it easy? Can’t lie, no. Does it get any easier? Yes, but takes time. We were married 33 years and she was a wonderful lady.
I have been lucky and found a wonderful lady I am married to. Not after sympathy just to show you that dark days do eventually go. Good luck and stay strong.
