I've spent this morning reading up on the happenings in the US and especially Washington. I hope you and the family are ok. How different the photos from there now, after your peaceful runs.

Thank you for your well-wishes. Our house in DC was in a suburban neighborhood about 4 miles from the White House so we were not directly caught up in any of the protests.

We relocated to Chicago overnight last night (or back to Chicago in my case) and are now in an apartment in the middle of downtown for the next month so will be in the middle of any repeats of last weekends scenes here.
