Fair play to anyone who has the Italy try scorer in their squad! I imagine if anyone picked an Italian winger it would be the other guy!
 
So I have Villiere in my squad. I don’t really rate him but I has no more budget for a better winger. Kind of got lucky here! He’s on 77 points so far

Same here really. I'd initially picked Teddy Thomas not realising he wasn't available, so went with the next best French winger within budget even though I'd never heard of him!

I messed up with second row too mind. I knew an Irish player has to be there, but picked the wrong one!
 
Yes - trying to get my head around the supersub rule. Do you get the triple score only if they come off the bench? If they start you get half? So best to try and pick named replacements for the bench then.

Something like that. That selection really needs to be a scrum-half or prop I would imagine. Those positions tend to get replaced in all games.
 
Subs - 2 of your normal subs get you half points
Except your super sub, who if they come off the bench in the game, they actually score you triple points. 2 seasons ago I did quite well in my league because there was one particular player who always used to do well from the bench. Unfortunately the crystal ball for super sub did not work out so well for me this time around.

Yes. The tactic is to pick a super sub who is a replacement but the other two starters.
 
Oh don't start explaining the rules, I might read them!
Have no clue about rugby, picked a team with half an hour to go (purely on the starting line ups that someone had kindly posted), no idea on the scoring system...I'm a fraud!!
