Fall in the North Stand

Near the end of the game, it looked like a fella took a fall on the North Stand steps (the steps right next to the North West barrier) and was laid out at the bottom of them.

Plenty of people around, paramedics were with him for ages and he was still down on the steps at the end of the game. It looked really nasty, so was hoping someone on here may know him and could hopefully share some good news if he's alright?

He was not too far from me it was an awful fall I don’t want to go into too many details as it was quite a shocking sight.

But as we left he did look like he’d come round and was getting treated so hopefully it wasn’t as bad as we feared I’ll be honest I didn’t really celebrate the fourth goal as it was such a shocking thing to see.

Hopefully he’s ok.

I hope the man is OK and recovering well. Any fall down steps like those is bound to be nasty.

Hope he's OK, - hand rails - would be a benefit of the safe standing seats if they were fitted as there would be something waist high to grab hold of behind each seat & down the length of the steps.

He was slowly walking down the stairs as we were leaving, so he was at least up again under his own motion.

Great news that.

Not far from me either Jedi. I heard a thud but thought nothing of it until I heard a load of people shouting for the medics.

Hopefully the fella had a sore head and nothing more!

I've tripped going up the steps plenty of times but fortunately I've never fallen down them.

However back in April I did trip over in the street and did a fair bit of damage which did affect me for a while so hopefully that fella is ok today.
