You're right marinelli had a italian passport, that's how we were able to get him. Think we had another young brazillian in our youth team who come in on a similar deal too.

He's almost exactly the same age as me. And I can honestly say looking at his career CV I'm not as envious of him as I am some other footballers my age. 20 clubs!

looks like he had particularly itchy feet! Done some travelling like the lad, but yeh nothing to write home about. Probably done better than the vast majority of our youth team though, guess his path beats knocking around in the northrn leagues for the rest of your career or becoming kit man at hartlepool.

He did have a half decent spell in the Portuguese third division playing for Madeira. Beats Blyth Spartans.
