F.A. Cup Draw

Should be a good game. Looks like it'll be all Prem in the quarters though, we look the most likely to cause an upset and that's a long shot. Keeping my fingers crossed though and looking forward to seeing a big cup tie at the Riverside again.

Almost like the draw was seeded, wonder what the odds were of no all non EPL ties? Also none of the 'big boys' being drawn against each other?

It's a great draw. A 'big' enough side for it to be something to really look forward to, but more than winnable.

Spurs have great away support too, so will make for a brilliant atmosphere. A night game will make it extra special too.

We need fans at this game not the bed wettest that we’re twisting about everything on here before half time on Friday..

I just hope they get 100% vocal behind us for the full game no matter how bad it looks…

I said that in the last round when all the big boys got home draws against smaller clubs, I definitely think this is not random. Needs investigating!

There were only 4 "big boys" in a draw of 16 teams.
It's not particularly shocking that they didn't get each other.

Only Liverpool were drawn at home too.

I desperately hope this match is on the weds night, as I get back from holiday that morning, so would miss if a tuesday night.
It's obvious what's going to happen...🙂

Spurs at home is terrible draw, a big team who need to win a trophy and will be going for it.

I like the mindset of Wilder of no swapping shirts with Ronaldo. Perhaps as fans we should get out of the mindset of delighting at the draw to to see world class players, waiting for autographs for Harry Kane and buying 1/2 boro/spurs scarfs and actually try and focus on winning the cup. We are 3 games from that, yes 3.

In 1998 as a championship side we got to a cup final. Millwall are Cardiff have made it to finals.

We have a team full of street fighters now and I am all for a one off game.

Remember we are like the German national team when it comes to pens.

Huddersfield or Peterborough is the draw we wanted.

Remember when we were deservedly beaten by Burton Albion in the quarter finals a few years ago?

We've got to play the big boys to win the thing, there's no better place than at home.

I read 3rd and 4th round replays to be scrapped but hadnt realised there's been no 5th and 6th round replays for a few seasons

I was gutted at that Burton game.

But I wish fans had the mentality of lets go and try and win it rather that jizzing over getting the opportunity to see world class players.

When we won the cup against Bolton, we had no mass gathering of fans the night before and the team were completely focused on winning the game.

3 games away from winning it. We have a top dollar manager.

In the 97 run, we had a kind draws en route to the final.

In 06 I we also had a kind run also.

I hope we take the Flash `Arry`s to the cleaners.
They can bring Talk Crap and their ontarage` - and their own cheese and beetroot sandwiches.
Looking forward to it.
Who needs Ronaldo when we`ve got Johnny Howson and our Dael "alright mate" will sort cry-baby Kane out!
