Everyone's Second Favourite Team, in a bit of bother!

City's crimes (to be determined) are all historical anyway. They've already stood up to one level of scrutiny so chances are they will again. Their recent record is to all appearances unblemished.
Mega-rich owners pumping cash in may skew the competition but as long as its hard cash going in with no loans or shares or some other means of being able to get the money back I dont see the problem. The only criteria should then be you must not run at a loss and if you do the owners need to put the amount of debt into an account in escrow to be called on should the club consider liquidation.
These owners get tired very quickly of handing over cash without the kudos of silverware reward.
You do realise that the majority of clubs operate at a loss, don't you. Including ours.
