EFL appeal Derby decision

It's supposed to be the player's values they are appealing against - not the stadium.

Good for the EFL if they feel Derby have broke the rules. Can't imagine many clubs being happy if they have to pay for more EFL legal costs though should the appeal not be upheld.

P.S. Why would someone pretend to be a Derby fan on a Boro forum? Need to get a hobby (other than your right hand) pal.
