EFL appeal Derby decision

What’s the second charge? Sale of stadium?
Looks like it....

noun
noun: amortisation

    • the action or process of reducing or paying off a debt with regular payments.

    • a period in which a debt is reduced or paid off by regular payments.

EFL are wasting their time on this and will lose AGAIN. Independent commission panel laughed at them.

This means that you will have to pay more money to cover the cost. Steve Gibson really need to shut up and focus on his own mess.

Going to be a season of struggle for Derby, I think.
Wasted a lot of money trying to win promotion, they're now selling off players on the cheap and haven't got any more avenues to bypass FFP.

Dont speak too soon..................................................;)
See you on November 25th.(y)

BTW: Hows Chaddesden looking these days?

This time the derby manager could finish up resigning instead of getting sacked for a change. Wayne Rooney in charge sooner rather than later

God bless you guys really so desperate. No points deduction for us you were desperate for that happened to us and failed. Same for this appeal.

Other clubs will hate Steve Gibson again. By the way have you paid for the legal fees yet? £50k. Ouch.

Forgive me if this is a stupid question but; why is there an independent panel involved in the first place? Doesn’t the EFL govern the league/set the rules etc.

Clubs should be thanking Steve Gibson for helping them keep their finances in order . Imagine if clubs had broke the bank in January prior to lockdown.
Derby have effectively sold thier Crown Jewels just to stay afloat there are no rainy day funds .
It seems Derby are cementing their place in the lower divisions just not sure which one yet .

Derby County is a great little club.
Especially considering they have to compete with much bigger teams in the area like Nottingham forest, Notts County and Burton Albion.
And who can forget that last record breaking Premier league season all those years ago when they accumulated a massive 11 points.
It's a very well run club and always has been.
Remember how the club looked after the best manager they ever had. Brian Clough from Boro.
How dare the efl try and enforce the same rules on Derby as they do for everyone else.
Keep, up the good work Derby. You will get out of this division in no time.
