Eddie Jones set to be sacked

Pretty dismal record.
Time to move on.
He wont be hard up.
Good luck to him.(y)
Quite the opposite actually. Eddie Jones has the best record of any England manager. Jones is a World Cup manager; he transitions between them. Notwithstanding and as has been said above, England are going backwards not ramping up for next year. I'd much rather have a new man in now to get his feet under the table and get the experience of next years world cup under his belt. England have fallen too far behind for next years world cup imo but the sooner we start re-building the better.

He has been good for England, but puzzling lack of form in the recent Autumn internationals. However it was only in the summer that England won a tour in Australia, which is no mean feat.

I am not sure how I feel about this. I think that perhaps it is too close to the world cup to make such a change.

Don’t agree with that.

He came in with one goal - to win the WC and hasn’t done it.
He has a fabulous pool of players to pick from has been supported all the way by the RFU and look where we are?

Coaches sacked, leaving on a whim, players unsure what their roles are.
Even his 6 nations record is average.
Despite all that he has the humility of Trump

Bye, bye now.

Im referring to his recent record with England.
England have had their worst set of results since 2008.
5 wins in the last 12 Tests is not something to be proud of.
A fresh approach will hopefully give the team and England confidence in the future (y)

No surprise but we have to remember that he had the highest win percentage of any England coach ever. But it was time to move on. England have to get the appointment right with the WC 10 months away.
Borthwick seems the obvious choice. But how much would Leicester resist

Do you think we missed out with Gatland

You can look at 2 ways.

Glass half full:
Test series win in Australia this year.

Beating NZ in the last world cup, which was the best England performance since 2003.

Runner up in the world cup.

Glass half empty:
Poor Autumn

Never won the world cup

Disappointing 6N form.
