Dunston v Gateshead half time entertainment

Very bizarre. No idea what links the names threatened on the hearse and leaflets with those two teams.

I'm saying this as a resident of Gateshead... This is a particularly strange incident even in this town!
 
This is the leaflet. And one of them did have a gun apparently.

I was looking on Twitter and it didn't take too long to find out the alleged story about what's going on. Apparently the person on the leaflet hasn't had any involvement with Dunston UTS for around 4 years. He's been making a movie with a crime family and the people in the video are unhappy about it and are in a rival crime family. There were 4 names on the back of the herse which said "Soon to be deceased" - his name and four of the other crime family. His house has been attacked a few times recently too.

Not a clue whether the allegations made on that leaflet are true, or whether the story on Twitter is true. But it's scary that this sort of stuff is playing out at local non league football games. Like someone above said - it makes me realise just how different some people's lives are to mine.

Steve Wraith was often on the local news speaking about NUFC issues as a figurehead for a fans group
