As above, I keep checking in with the link I'm giving, he does two or three updates a week when he's not on holiday and he does other stuff as well, such as the new extension at Liverpool, Everton's ground when it's going to be ready will be something else.

It's a brilliant location , I never walked to Goodison or Anfield I've usually got a bus there and back or go via Kirkdale metro but if we play them I be tempted to do the waters edge walk up to the ground. It will look special on night matches.

One side is not far from turnstile to river. A few drunks gonna fall in the Mersey pre/post match.

Dare them to call it the Riverside.

Well behind schedule, and genuine concerns over whether they have the cashflow to complete it. Does look impressive though
I am sure the premier league will increase Everton's parachute payments to make sure that a league founding father doesn't suffer too much financial heartache when they get relegated.

How do you come up with that conclusion. It's just nonsense.

Remember alot of Everton fans slating the Riverside as 'souless' when it was built. Now they have their own.

A construction worker dieing might slow work down for a week or two if a safety review is needed. Not often you hear of a death in this country on building sites of this high profile.

Was in Liverpool about 6 weeks ago to watch ricky Gervaise. Stayed quite close to it and it looks impressive. As does the area around marina and M&s arena with the big carousel. Certainly a better place to visit than when I was there last. The Gordon Ramsey bistro I visited i was very disappointed with though. Overpriced *****. I asked for a medium rare stake and it was so rare it was still mooing.
