Digital Membership

I'm sure this has been covered on here before but never taken much notice as I didn't have the membership at the time but....

I have purchased digital membership and then I have bought tickets. When I go to the tickets tab I can see my purchased tickets but "add to my mobile wallet" is greyed out. Why is this? Is a file sent by email?
 
I had exactly the same problem

I had to download the wallet again

I emailed the club to tell them this but they very helpfully decided not to reply.

Maybe @fmttmadmin can clarify?

So I seem to have sussed this out. I went to the memberships tab and downloaded my digital membership card instead of a digital ticket. That seems to have my purchased match tickets stored.

The problem I now have is that I can't download my son's 😫
 
I've had a similar problem when setting it up for my daughter. I telephoned the club and they spent some time going back and forth with the IT developers but eventually sorted it, seems there a few issues they need to sort out in the software - bit the were grateful that the issue was raised with them so they could fix the issue i had for others too. It now works perfectly for me (and my daughter :) )

Do you have both membership cards stored in one digital wallet? Both on one device?

And also, do you need to do anything between matches if you purchase more tickets or does the membership card in your wallet update automatically?

That’s exactly what I had to do

It’s not logical. I wish I’d gone for the card option now.

If anyone else has digital membership card questions or other questions around digital ticketing we can perhaps organise something like an online surgery to sort some of the issues out.

If you could ask about how to download child's membership card that would be appreciated. I could send you some screenshots directly if that would help?

See how there is no download link to download my sons digital card to my wallet but there is for mine.

Yes i am fine thank you - but like BG has also found out the process of buying tickets isn’t particularly seamless. The ticket for Ipswich is in my digital wallet now but the system is confusing and not very intuitive. I basically asked for clarification as to how it was supposed to work - are you supposed to delete old tickets before another will download, why the ticket link doesn’t work etc. I’ll copy/paste the email and DM it.
