I'm sure this has been covered on here before but never taken much notice as I didn't have the membership at the time but....
I have purchased digital membership and then I have bought tickets. When I go to the tickets tab I can see my purchased tickets but "add to my mobile wallet" is greyed out. Why is this? Is a file sent by email?
