Interesting. I have some very good mates who support Chelsea. But.....

My brother in law is a Chelsea fan, but yes I still hate Chelsea.
(To be fair he was born in Putney and a very decent chap, unlike many of his brethren)

It's a shame when the owners bring down a shower of sh*t on the supporters. Can't say I've got anything against them, good northern working class club, excellent support, occasionally punch above their weight. AKA Stoke Burnley,Boro....seem to get a lot of undeserved hate.

Same here with the Chelsea thing. I know a few people who support them, very nice people too, but I would not care one jot if the Russian pulled all of his money out of the club and they imploded and went bust. Awful club, with on the whole awful fans.

If they go bust, I look forward to them playing Belper Town, Matlock Town and Mickelover Sports.

They kind of decided that they hated us first. I remember a few seasons ago when, two seasons running they pitched up at the station at about 10am, marched to Doc Browns and then posted all over social media claiming that they'd taken Middlesbrough. It was quite embarrassing. A mixture of old men and young wannabes with a police escort and no opposition because it isn't the 1970's anymore.
