half an hour and not heard anything back from you? I really hope that the ambulance services have arrived.
 
I think it was recommended on here AET so I bought it for a good friend of mine who suffers terribly with depression, a book called sort your head out,was speaking to him yesterday and when I mentioned the book his face lit up,he too said it was very helpful so maybe worth a look.
Its genuinely heartbreaking to hear of your struggles on here,I wish you well my friend

I hope you are ok AET? You know I suffer like you as well and I'm very open about it like you are. I've tried taking all the tablets and a 1l bottle of vodka twice before. I woke up with a cracking hangover and nothing more thank god. I hope it is the same for you. As you can see on here, you are not alone and people really care. I never thought people did, but they do.

Don't let it control you. I did but I am starting to get a grip of it. You can as well. Ending it all is not the answer, I have seen the awful awful aftermath of suicide. So just talk to people. You already have my number.
