David Icke is on form...

If you can watch that and not believe there's any truth to it then you're a luckier person than me.

Just look at the bills being rushed through parliament and other world governments.

The reaction by some posters on this board and other forums have also been very interesting

Not sure I can bring myself to listen to this crackpot, the video is 45 minutes long, ffs!

Is it really worth it? Can someone who has already lost that part of their life summarise it?

OK I've watched the first few minutes. I think the upshot is that he thinks the virus was created to benefit the super-rich.

his (Ikes) big brush stroke message is One Currency for the Planet and the closures of small and medium sized business' to be replaced by global conglomerates owned by the 1% - he cites Amazon as an early example.

He's been writing about this for donkeys years and even nailed it with how they'd go about it. Some of the stuff he says is a bit OTT, but he's been years ahead of the mainstream media on a lot of world events.

If anyone has watched it, I'd also appreciate a quick summary.
Sorry you have to put the hours in. But listening to 5 minutes of a 45 minute speech shouldn't stop you having an opinion. Never stops anyone else on here having strong opinions about something they never listened to or read.

Equivalent of Mary Whitehouse condemning 'Life of Brian' without watching it.

Look, im not saying he is right or wrong but if Epstein can be 'removed' for the security of the rich and powerful im pretty sure he would have been taken out ages ago if he was talking any kind of truths.

When you strip away "lizards" .. most of what he's said over the years has an element of "sense" .. his mid-90s dot-connecting stuff was very eye opening as is much of what he says these days .. so, when you take the "mad" stuff away I wouldn't be too quick to dismiss what's left.

I hadn't heard of Wuhan since the crisis. I had heard of MERS SARS and the likelyhood of infectious disease developing through unhygienic contact with animals.

And benefitting the 1%? Everything benefits the 1%.

I skipped through it when he repeated himself (often) and kept referring to 'his books" or "what he said years ago"

My recollection, was that:
  • He believes in a “Hunger Games Society”, imagined as a triangle with the 1% at the apex and everyone else barring those managing things for them at the bottom
  • That the 1% want to cause an economic crash and dismantle present economic system and also get rid of cash. C-19 gives them that chance if they can use disease control to make cash a ‘player in transferring virus’
  • Small and then bigger shifts in society are delivering the 1% agenda, with this virus a great excuse to accelerate control which won’t be given back after crisis
  • That the reaction to C-19 is wrong, authorities are using the old to push their agenda and didn’t care about them until now.
  • We should have targeted the vulnerable / affected not gone into lockdown, he thinks he and his son may have had this in November/December 2019 but got over it.
  • That some countries (enemy of USA) seem to be targeted by a stronger strain (Iran) but didn’t or couldn’t explain why Italy would be so afflicted
I've paraphrased and may not have all of it but some did seem coherent - bits of the more rational arguments had a basis on which to contemplate alternatives. Other parts were (to me) wacky, but then he does try to push every button to get reaction.

My take on David Icke

I think he is very devoted method actor. After his dead end sports presenter job I think he decided to re-invent himself. And then started off with this Lizards are taking over the world hypothesis. He is well researched , well informed and very intelligent. He has carved out some considerable wealth for himself. 11 books and sell out personal appearances.

Does he believe his own stuff. ? I think 90% he does because he has bought in to the part. After this amount of years I am not sure he can control his own inner monster he has created. But for a money making conspiracy theory commander in chief the virus will certainly help his own personal cause.
He is certainly a unique asset to British society

Ive a mate with a second house in Italy (Naples region out in the sticks and up a mountainside), and he went there in Feb (2 weeks), and his sure he picked it up there cos when he came back he was 'flu like' for 3or 4 days.

he says Italy has been hit hard because they do that kissie / kissie thing on each cheek - plus millions of tourists from all over the world who go around kissing statues one after another - many over the retirement ages and devoutly religious - and elderly. - its only his view mind, nothing scientific..

I thought they'd said weeks ago that they would be stopping the cheek kissing and doing the Chinese kick or the Wuhan slam (elbow)
