Danny Ings to Villa

The 3 players villa have signed are decent. You'd be happy with them all.

Also if they can add JWP you'd say it's well funded by the Grealish money. The villa recruitment in the likes of Watkins / Mings / Martinez / Cash etc has been cracking👍

Ashley young on a free too. Versatile experienced option on the back of a Serie A win. 4 good signings so far this summer

Fair play to Villa, they might be losing Grealish but they are investing in some very good players.

Big loss for Southampton, they could easily go down this season.

A proper 'old school' no nonsense signing. No rumors or even movement in the betting market. Just a simple 'we've signed Ings'

I imagine it's not just happened and been going on for days or weeks. It's amazing how they kept it quiet. I presume other clubs will be saying 'wtf' as plenty would have him at 25mil.

Just proves they all don't need to be long draw out affairs.

Villa fans complaining about City’s money and Grealish signing for a soulless club when their owner is a multibillionaire from Egypt is great fun too.

I actually think these signings make them better. So it works for everyone.

Dean Smith was actually misheard during the last zoom call with the owners.
He actually said "signings?" not "sign Ings"
